New Blondor Freelights Developer is the first product that enables Blondor hand-painted creative without the use of foil, saran or cotton.
It is used exclusively dust Blondor Freelights.
Depending on the desired degree of illumination, mix with the oxidant Welloxon Perfect 20, 30 or 40 volumes.
Use with dust Blondor Freelights for optimum results.
For use with techniques such as freehand highlighting and balayage ombre.
For up to 7 levels of lift.
When mixed with the powder Blondor Freelights, the actifuse network is activated, which creates a creamy formula for easy spread and less swelling ensuring that the product remains in place.
